Stove jack

I've got an older golite shangri la 5 man TP and would like to put a stove jack in it with similiar material...does anyone know of someone who can properly complete this alter?

I've got a Nemo Pentalite that I added a stove jack to, it's really not that difficult, Bear Paw Wilderness Designs sells the stove jacks
