The biggest piece of accessible public is in the northwest on BLM in the Salt Creek oil field. Gets hit pretty hard but with lower tag numbers like this year this can be a decent option. There are some landowners along the south end of 25 who grow irrigated alfalfa north of the Platte river who often have antelope damage, worth asking for access at those ranches. Get a GPS with the Wyoming OnX chip to stay on public, you can usually pick up antelope by walking from the county road on state sections and smaller pieces of BLM that are accessible, antelope will most likely be on the part that can't be seen from the road. Also call the Casper regional office and ask for the east Casper game warden's line, leave a message and ask if there are any landowners with damage claims in 25 this year - those are a good bet to try for access.
