Added the price ...$1200 per ac. or $624K   MLS number (North East MLS) #34115   I can email the listing to interested parties or just tire kickers.

Me and H20 can go in together.  I'll pitch in 1/12 and just use it during October and he can pitch in 11/12 and use it the rest of the year.
