As much as I love chuck eye's, I'm actually more excited for the roasts.  My wife makes a KILLER pot roast. :drool:

I'm heading to Cash and Carry this week to look for one.  Now...all we need is your wife's recipe!  :EAT:

Everything my wife does is in her head.  A pinch of this, a dash of that.  She literally has no recipes written down anywhere and when I've asked her for recipes before, she says she can't recall them and she just does what feels right when cooking.  She flies by the seat of her pants in the kitchen
