Fold flat "pack-able" climbing tree stands

Looking to pick up a tree stand this year but was looking to find one that folds flat for ease of packing in.
Will be used on public land, anywhere from 100 yards off the road to 3 miles off the road, so portability is high on the list (just below safety) as it also most likely wont be left out in the same place overnight.
A few options I was looking at were
X-Stand, lone wolf (most expensive of the bunch, but if its worth it not a problem), or the summit explorer.
The fold flat is almost a deal breaker for me, as it makes it WAY easier to strap to the outside of a pack.
Anything else I should be looking at? Or features to keep in mind?

I've been hunting from several Summit climbers. Love them. Comfortable enough to do all day (late season) sits. But, at 23lbs, they're a bear to pack any distance. And they don't fold flat. But they're also quiet, and well built. If you're interested I have an open front climber I'm parting with. This one runs 15lbs. I'm hunting elk from the ground (mostly) this September.

I own an inexpensive rivers edge steel foldable climber and a couple of summit vipers. The rivers edge is just a loaner now. Too noisy, and cumbersome to set up.  Nothing ruins a bow hunt when the stand creeks when you stand to shoot. I will be packing in my viper several miles for elk camp this year. For day hunts I found a way to nestle and secure my day and a half pack to the stand when on my way to setup.

I've also owned an API Bowhunters climber that I left with a friend in Kansas. It was cheaper to buy than ship mine both ways.  Not a bad climber for the price, but I'd still take a used summit viper all day long and pack it in deep.

There is a slight learning curve to  packaging it up so that it packs well. I found that purchasing a couple of 1" nylon straps to cinch   the 2 half together and secure the pack to the climber made all the difference in the world. Additionally I used a bunch of black foam pipe wrap and camo tape to add comfort and silence. Probably spent $20-30 bucks upgrading it.

this will be my first stand.
i use an exo 3500..have always just hunted from the ground, but thought it might be good to add options.
mostly would be used for archery season (i've read people say go open front for archery) but  it would also get used for muzzy season if a tag was drawn.

The API I had was an open front the summit viper is not. I like the closed front better and still use a harness vest in the stand. I just  wrap the bar in foam. I often hang my bow but if I hear something coming ok rest it on the bar, or the book I'm reading.

You should find some folks near you so you can try/look at their stands and strap you pack up to them. Buying new they arnt cheap, and it seems like you can't get hurt buying a used one. 2c
