Colorado Refunds?

 Got my deer refund back about 3 weeks ago, but no elk.
 Has anyone seen there refund??

So this year I had them send me the info on leftovers and not receive refund right away. I didn't like the choices so I didn't do anything. Any idea when that money comes back?
