Go get them!

What was preventing them from hinting the north half before?

In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Well probably because its not on the reservation so it made things a little murky for them legally. They do have traditional hunting rights up there so one could have probably argued all along for the hunting of wolves on the "north half". Either way this is good news.

I find it very interesting how as long as it doesn't involve deer or elk, the tribes get so much support...

Where are the "Same laws for everybody" or the "I don't care what they do as long as they stay on the reservation" protesters now???

Exactly my thought.  I'm all for hunting and managing wolves but letting a certain ethnic group of people have special hunting and fishing rights is a very slippery slope.

Washington has enough wolves now that WDF&Wolves could delist several times over, that being said WDF&Wolves will not delist until they are forced to do so. As far as hunting said wolves, I expect they will fight WA residents on that also. Look at the BS wolf plan they gave the people of WA as an example of their workings.

So any wolves the Tribe kills is a definite plus for the ungulates and perhaps livestock in those areas.
