Still haven't received the WDFW email.  If you applied for multi-season tags, and didn't draw, you'll receive an email with the leftover quantities and date available.

Just called wdfw about it. They haven't set a date yet. He said likely sometime between the 10-15.
And yes for those that asked in other related thread they will only be sold OTC to those who applied but did not draw

Just curious, do the deer tags sell out quickly? This is the first year I did not draw the multi-season deer tag and I may be traveling about the time they go on sale.

probably won't sell out, if you are first in line for a deer tag, please let the first guy buying an elk tag go ahead of you.  You will get your deer tag, the elk will be gone in seconds.

I am pretty sure they changed last year that elk go on sale an hour before deer do so there isn't that situation anymore.

If thats the situation, smart move by wdfw.  I've gotten the elk the past two years but had to take 3 hours of vacation to stand in line to be first. last year it sold out in 15 seconds, I'm not even bothering this year, I'll be in Mexico anyways when they go up for grabs.

Nope.  Points are not used.

The guy that didn't buy it did loose his points
