evev at STURGIS ???

Well it was my first trip to stugis ,, thanks to winning the trip from a great radio station I was back stage to all the shows free this free that Jessy James was my friend all week and a great host , rode into mt. Rushmore . absolutely breath takeing to say the least ! I rode there and back and ive come to the conclusion I want to move to Wyoming or Montana , ( uh oh ! ) that might light a fire ! The country there is unbelievable , all green even at this time of year . creeks are running to where you can still herte them all the grass and trees are deep green and the dam game is all over ! sadly includeing the dam road !anyways ,, finally got setteled in camp behind the full throttle saloon and we got there 1 day before the insanity started and im sitting in my lawn chair in a naked field that is littary endless , and there it went ! the reason I was there no longer exsisted , im thinking elk , took my leupolds and headed for the nearest ridge. about a hour later I found myself looking over a giant valley with a creek and not a dry twig in site .not even 20 minutes late im watching pheasant, rabbits, and deerrunning all over the place. This is the first year in 45 years ive yet to drag myself to the wallet butcher for all the nessasary documents to be in our great states lottery of the hunting game,im sure ill get there with a fake grin on my face and ill thank the dude and ill leave feeling like theres some alone spot out there that I can fling a well giuided stick at what ever they consider unprofitable this year and ill go home and imitate some great marksman like always cuz Washington is where I live and I still find things I love here , but im telling youwhen guns become illegal ill become a criminal, and the swat team will have to come to the cabin and get me ! so just some it up for the tact police ,,,, this isn't the best stae to be in in our time but ill be out there looking for a parking spot and you should too !! gewt out there !! spell check would be a great option but im sure that will cost more soooo,,,,

I think that was your best post to date.

like a deep cut ,,it bothers you at first then you just want to show it off :chuckle:Iwood love nothing more than to sit around a fire and share some goof juice with a bunch of successful hunters , or just the one out of us who thinks he is, heck maybe between all of us we ( could ) find a critter they don't know about. The last time I did such a thing was 8 years ago , we were rudely interumpted by some big headed freak with a gun and a badge who also by the way cant drive hell I don't think the punk could see over the stearing wheel, but he informed us we were having to much fun, because a fire restriction was put into effect midnight the day before, well captain America we been up here for 4 days and have not heard that, he quickly changed subjects to the fact of our lights hanging in the trees,,how they were hazards too , it was great to try to get him to light the place on fire with 2 d cell batteries I handed him, funny how we all laughed but him , prolly not old enough to understand fire side humor, but sadly im still got this war inside my head to drag myself to the wallet butcher and invest in the sad state of affairs we all call hunting,i know theres a place out there to do this ,maybe a fire conversation could figger it all out , 40 years into this and all I can think about is that dam Christion rock show , jeep clbs , open headers , road closures, well dressed dirt bikers, vacationers , fake bugeling alllll knight, trigger happy punks, and ooooh ya ! coderoy camo`s all the crap in my way of getting away ,,,,ya right !!
