GMU 636 Skokomish...
« on: August 08, 2017, 10:13:46 PM »
My dad drew a muzzleloader doe tag for this unit. Neither he or I have ever hunted here. Usually hunt the east side. Also, this is our first year hunting muzzleloader. Not looking for any secret spots. But any help pointing us in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. Going over to do some scouting next Monday/ Tuesday.

Takes in advance!!

From Shelton go west to the Matlock store. Turn right, go 1 mile, take a right through the gate if its open @ that time. The north side of Shelton / Matlock Rd after you pass Dayton does not require an access pass. The timber Co. will open those gates when we get enough rain to reduce fire hazards. You should see numerous does daily. Good Luck!
