Found a solid bear now how to kill him

Was going to check trail cameras last night and had a monster jump out infront of me couldn't get a shot off but he didn't seem super spooked . He just trotted of. Basically what I am asking is he gone forever or is he going to be in the same general area and I should call to him tonight ? Western Washington brush.

Will most likely still be in his/her area.It's a big area.  :twocents: 2.5 to 10 square miles.

Keep hunting the same area if a lot of food, water near and fresh scat. Try some calls as well. Good luck, hope you get it.
