Wife has a Milwaukee jacket, she likes it. They make vests, hoodies and jackets.

My wife has this one (https://mobilewarming.com/women/vest/mobilewarming-battery-heated-vest-for-women-7-4v.html) from Mobile Warming that she wears when she skis on the really cold days or she's out on the hill working a ski race and she said it works very well.

My torso is hardly ever cold, if I was looking at heated stuff it would likely be gloves or boots.

I'm also looking at heated socks . Gloves for our case I don't think will be necessary , for now
