I would shoot that wide forky no problem ( he'd look good on my wall ) and he does look like a mature buck
You better keep us posted with pics especially when they drop the velvet 
I posted a picture of that guy last year in a thread about big two points, from mid-August, just after he'd rubbed off the velvet . He was kind of spindly, not much mass without the velvet. I never got another pic of him or any of his buddies after that last glimpse. They all disappeared like ghosts, well before the season opener.
He's definitely a mature buck, and while he looks a bit bigger than last year, not remarkably so. He's a big bodied brute - I think he's ready for BBQ. Trouble is, that spot only hunts well with an easterly component to the wind, which isn't that frequent in the late fall. The only buck I saw there in eight hunts was a small spike, quite possibly the spork pictured at the top.
