Did you make it out scouting at all? I know your season is approaching and you didn't have a ton of time to hunt.

I drove all the roads to get a feel for the area.  Not much to see in early October.  I can see upper roads could be hairy when snow and icy.   Long shot possibilities.  Hopefully all the dire predictions still allow a couple bucks to chase.

Spent both general weekends scouting. Saw doe every day but not a lot of bucks, a few spikes is all. Most everyone was saying the same. Went up to cottonwood the day after the snow, same story, saw some does but no shooters. Saw a couple bucks in trucks over the two weekends but nothing like I’ve seen in years past. I really hope the deer show up for this tag. Any one hear how things are going now that some weather has moved in and we’re in November? See you up there willapawapiti

Spent the day up there yesterday. Saw lots of deer, but only smaller bucks. Hopefully the weather continues to push more deer down.

I’m heading up into the swakane  to scout this weekend and going to drive up into the entiat to see what’s moving around. Wish I had a special permit this year. I can’t wait

Any reports would be great. I’m counting down the remaining hours at work to finish packing and get out there. I hope to have pics to share when I return next weekend.
