Don't own any since they aren't legal here. If they were and brightness was an issue I would probably just spray with some matte paint

To bright to you or the birds?  Maybe the paint scheme has been tested on birds and they react good towards them.  I still believe many decoys are marketed to the hunter not the birds.  The action should attract the birds I would imagine.  They decoy in to black and white flashers.

As mentioned, if it appears to bring to you, change them up.  Ultra Flat black on one side and Ultra flat white on the other.

This one?  I see plenty of them used each year.  Not my personal favorite, but I watch birds work them.

Probably won't land the birds like the flocked decoys may allow.  But it will get the birds into shooting range over the decoys.  If you notice the point at which they start to flare off it, shift the spinner further behind you.  This will have the birds focused on the spinner and not you and when they flare off it, they will be in the shooting zone you want.

You can try it.  Might take more wind to move them and make them turn a little slower.  I would paint with flat colors over flocking.  I know one other guy that flocked all of his and swears by it, but I don't think it make the birds work and different with it.  They work or they don't.  Key is to know when to pull them or where to place them.  Sometimes pull string decoys work way better.  I have 22 spinners if needed.

I don't have any other motion for my field spread other then this however I do have motion for my water spreads with floaters on pull cords I plan to also use this in water and just nervous about the glare that might come off of this paint and also it not matching my other decoys even close I will try some flat paints first for sure . What kind of pull strings are you using in the field spreads ?

It's the green on the head I'm mostly concerned about

You should be more concerned about the inability to stop the wings from turning when you want the birds to finish.  Save your money and buy a knotty duck or similar pull string decoy then put that one in the flower beds at your house.

Don't flock the wings but flock the bird. I have done a handful and I think they look pretty good. It doesn't affect the performance at all. Buy a flocked Decoy Dancer and you will be even more happy.

I tried a couple of those and just returned them to Cabelas.  One cracked the first time out at the base where it connects to the pole and the other one took 20 mph wind to get the wings moving.  There are much better wind spinners on the market.
