Why did I wait so long to buy a stabilizer?
« on: September 03, 2017, 11:02:20 AM »
Only 3rd year with a bow.  First year that really going to hunt archery.   Haven't been satisfied with groups past 40 yards.  :(   Put a 10" Carbon Torch on 2 weeks ago.    :archery_smiley:  Now routine decent 8 shot groups at 50 and 60 yards.  Could have easily paid for it in damaged or lost arrows.  Now I can pack camp, put the field points on and move back to 30 - 40 yards.   :chuckle:   Between my eyesight and other issues, no reason for me to attempt anything further than what I can hit in the yard.  Hope to see some 'brown on the ground' this year.  Good luck to the rest of you and be safe.
