My first bull Elk ! Taken with my Bow.. 15 yard shot and dropped in 30 seconds about 20-25 yards away.. Was a 10 day backcountry OTC hunt on public land with my brother and a buddy from out of town.. Got him on the last morning before packing out. Couldn't be more stoked!! Was a tough hunt, but that just made it more rewarding!

That is awesome!  Great looking strap!  Any elk with a bow is awesome, and a bull is icing on the cake.  Congrats!!!

Thanks man! I couldn't be more stoked. I've been trying for many years to get an elk with my bow..  So happy to be coming home with my head held high for once! Also nice to not have to plan a late season hunt! Haha

3 days later as we drive all day to WY he arrows this 345" bull in the first 1-1/2 hour of the hunt. I called him to 20 yards, it took me 25 minutes to work him in!
