Pedestal Archery Bull (BlackRiver Taxidermy)
« on: September 12, 2017, 09:36:53 PM »
Best of luck to you archery hunters right now...tough with fire closures! I'm dying sitting here not holding an archery tag this year due to a new baby on the way, but its a good trade off. Here's a recent completion....this Roosevelt bull, while not a monster, is a guys first archery elk and he is proud as can be about, and he should be. Pedestal style with the base I designed and built in house and added an old shed antler for some character. The hunter described in detail how the bull was posed when he called him in, which is reflected in the mount. Again, best of luck to all of you out there!
