Only 2 defining forces sacrificed themselves for you:
The American Soldier and Jesus Christ. One died for your freedom, the other for your soul.

My rock,
He trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.
Psalm 144.1

I use the iGrill, also.  They were bought out by Weber a while back and have a new version.

https://www.amazon.com/Weber-7204-iGrill-3-Thermometer/dp/B01M27OR8I/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1505839182&sr=8-3&keywords=igrill+3

Last year, Sam's Club had then for $99 including 4 probes!

I use a $8 thermometer from Winco. Going to do the boil test, that was an excellent idea!
I felt like a one legged cat trying to bury a terd on a frozen pond!
