Found a unique one
« on: September 17, 2017, 04:09:06 PM »
A friend and I have been very close to this bull a few times.  Once ranged at 29 yards but no shot opportunity.

Any guesses on age or score from the HW crowd?

He looks like he has 3 nostrils? Or took an antler through the nose? Nice looking bull!

He'd score really high next to mashed taters with bacon rolled around his round steaks.  :cue:

320-330 gross, old big bodied bull, but really only a 5x6 with some little stickers, and not exceptionally wide, but he is heavy and long. A shooter for sure. Good luck

358. 20"+ thirds will help. Lots of mass on this one. The length on the top is going to hold him back a little.

This bull is a prime example of why sometimes the score doesn't matter at all. He probably is a 330 to 350 bull, but his character makes him more appealing then larger bulls.

I think those thirds give back anything his tops give away.  I think he'll be 350" plus.
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

He is a shooter for sure, if you think about him having no little character stickers, he would just be a five point, and there are not many five's that score much above 320 and even less that would go 370, if any. But his character makes him a stud old bull, shooter for sure
