Farm Damage Hunting

I have an opportunity to help a family member with farmland in eastern WA with the elk destroying farmland, if i already purchased a tag for Western washington elk am i precluded from filling the tag on the east side? Anyone know how these things work?

It depends on the specific type of permit he has; I suspect you may not be eligible without an Eastern tag. Ask him what type of permit it is.
