Dog House
« on: March 01, 2009, 05:10:20 PM »
Well I finally got the keys to my new house and will be needing a new home in the back yard for my lab. Any one have pics of the ones they built to share?

If you just need a dog house there is a pretty good one with instructions on how to build in the new issue of Gun Dog.  Looks pretty nice to me.

RC3, your dog house looks like my future outdoor BBQ area! That thing is huge and looks great! I'll check out the mag too! Thanks

That is a nice setup with the pad. Looks like a good spot for a hot tub not a dog kennel  :chuckle:

This is not what I was execting this thread to be about  :chuckle:
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

Cant wait to see your trophy room
The things that come to those who wait, may be the things left by those who got there first!

I don't have much for a trophy room.......not much to put in there:)

I'm just a guy who likes his dogs.  Thanks for the nice replies, I just thought maybe it might give him an idea.

It certainly gave me an idea...unfortunately it would take up my whole yard. But then that would mean no yard work...Looks awesome though!

As far as dog houses, I was more looking to see that standard 4 sides with a roof and hole to enter that anyone has built.

Don't have any pic's of the one I built in highschool. Just used a basic design, square, flat roof, but built a draft chamber. Once I moved I just bought an igloo, and it seems gunner likes that just as well.
