Belive it or not you won't find a better deal than on line for atv tires... buy some bicycle spoons or the harbor freight tire changer and your set.

You might be surprised how easy it is to mount a small tire like an atv tire yourself. Just mounted a trailer tire for a neighbor because I have a little know how and a couple of speciality  tools that are cheap.
