Mountain Grizzly

Recently spent 10 days in AK chasing Interior Mountain Grizzly's. We saw lots of critters including 12 Grizzly's, Dall Sheep, Caribou, Wolverine, Ptarmigan and an Ermine. I passed this Bear all weeklong looking for a Giant old Boar of which I saw one 4 miles away and moving fast (couldn't catch up). I finally took this guy the last evening I had to hunt. He is an 8 year old Boar with a super light coat and should make a beautiful rug. One of the finest hunts I have ever been on.

Very cool.
Was it a diy hunt?
Congrats on a successful hunt.

Awesome bear!
I am curious if you were doing a diy or a guided hunt?

All nonresident Grizzley, Brown bear hunts in AK require a guide.
