Wow!  I’m glad it worked out for her.    Thank you WDFW for making this happen.   We often pound them for things, but they did right here.   Congratulations young lady.

 :dunno:

What am I missing?  What did wdfw do to make this happen?  Sounds like a story there somewhere..........

Terminal cancer. Tough to see for anyone to have to deal with something like that, but this young lady...man it's tough to comprehend being a kid and having to deal with this.

This is some of the story.

Having lost my wife suddenly a while back I can't even imagine what this family and young lady are going through, but it is great to see a wonderful smile on her face with the help from many involved!!

Very sorry for your loss, mkcj. Cancer sucks.

Wow what a bull and this hunt got a lot more meaningful given the circumstances. Congratulations to Jayda on her moose and thoughts and prayers for her and her family.

The current state record is 183 6/8 so if this moose doesn't shrink more than 4 3/4 inches (I think) when it is dry it would be the new state record. Very impressive animal, good job Jayda and helpers.

That's awesome!  Beautiful bull for a beautiful girl!  Congratulations on a great experience most will only get to dream about.  That bull wont quite score out the way you have it written in that score sheet Ben.  Those two abnormal points will actually count against his score but if your other measurements are accurate than she's still got a chance at the state record.  That would be icing on the cake. Congratulations again to Jayda her family and all involved.

Not to worried about the score. But it would be cool.  Good point on the abnormal points.
