I showed my boy all of your comments.  He said to tell you all, thank you. And I also thank you guys. Watching him harvest his first deer was such a rush. I'd  rather see him harvest an animal than me any day.

just curious, when is the North Idaho whitetail rut? I struck out mule deer hunting and might head over to the Panhandle to fill my idaho tag

About nov 20 to the begining of december.  Theres a reason wa late season end date was moved from Nov 22 to Nov 19.
