Battery Powered Bikes?
« on: October 11, 2017, 09:50:19 AM »
I have a pretty basic question... Trails or access behind gates that I can take a bike on, can I take one of these new battery powered bikes on? Before I spend the 2k on one Id be bummed to find out its no different than a dirt bike in terms of legalities.
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

No. It is no different than a dirt bike for access.

Unless something has changed recently, they are classified as motorized vehicles and follow the same rules as those.

Google USFS battery bikes, or usfs e-bike policy or something to the likes of that and you can find the official policies of the USFS and DNR lands.

I was hopeful to buy and use one but the timber companies were quick to squash it. Most of their websites will tell you.
Some animals WERE harmed in the making of this Hunter. They were also dragged through the dirt, butchered and tasted delicious fried with butter and bacon.

eBikes can be peddle assist bikes or no assist bikes.  So you don't use the eBike peddle assist unless you are hurt and need assistance.
