Yes . On all subjects most of the time .  Im also using satellite service , but havent had a problem until recently (3 weeks or so ) .

I just got a failure to connect, was reading this thread then went to the deer hunting thread changed that page and got a failure to connect.         
 
This has been a issue for the last couple of months only using our home Internet service. I posted this using my phone with no problem

 Yes . It has still been a problem for me . Sometimes it lasts an hour or two , sometimes all day .

Still an issue for me as well, mostly from home using satellite internet, but not always, 4G doesn't connect at time either.

We know of a similar issue, but it's nowhere near as significant as the problem you're having. None of us are very knowledgeable with the techy type stuff, but I can't help but wonder if it's a problem on your end. Literally nobody has any sort of issue where they can only stay online a few minutes at a time.

Are you using Safari on both?

 Safari on the home Internet,  google on the phone.

So iPad is no bueno on the safari but the phone works ok? Is the phone wOrking off of LTE?
