Yeah, we do it in two days as well either with a stop in Bozeman to stay with relatives or in Jackson, depending on which unit we are going to.  A day in Jackson can be really fun, plenty of stuff to look at and reasonable lodging prices if you are outside tourist season.

Congrats on your buck and really nice write up.  I've got 4 points now for WY and plan to make a combo deer/antelope hunt with my dad in the next year or two.

Maybe I missed it, but what unit did you hunt and was there plenty of public lands.  I will have 5 points since my brother will now be going and his 4 points bring my 6 to a 5 average.  Just doing some homework now.

He said it was a leftover tag in a unit with very little public land, not the kinda place you and your brother want to burn points im guessing
