Idaho wolves
« on: October 17, 2017, 02:25:17 PM »
I know how most people feel about giving up to much info on a good spot for deer elk etc. What about wolves? Any one here willing to point some one in the direction of where he may find a few of them?

They are everywhere and no where.  They are ghosts.  I honestly do not think there is such thing as a wolf spot.  I have had encounters with them in my hunting areas and then they never come back.  I have yet to see one in the same spot twice.

If you are trapping then you will have the best chance for success.  I believe trappers have the best success rates.  If you are serious about getting a wolf, that is the route I would go.

Just came out of the frank church, seem to be plenty in there. We killed one. Not much left of the elk herd from what we seen.
Go hawks
