It'll be dead before long anyway. Whoever put on that ridiculous vest just compromised the deer's natural camouflage from predators. Also once the person who feeds it decides to stop feeding, moves away etc will leave the deer high and dry. Deer will have to find another food source ASAP before it die off from starvation. Leave wild animals wild.
