Bill HB 2803--Removes Discover Pass from DNR and WDFW

This bill would remove the requirements for Discover Pass on DNR and WDFW lands.  State Parks still need Discover Pass.  Vehicle access pass also removed.

This could be a long shot, but the new study done on the Discover Pass recommends getting rid of it entirely.
