Nephew was hunting near the house and stumbled across a 2 point mule deer some knucklehead had shot. I’m in 121 and the deer had obviously been shot from the road (hwy 25). If you can’t tell a mule deer from a whit tail maybe you shouldn’t be out on the late hunt. I’ve stopped and talked a couple of times the last couple of years to hunters stopped scoping mulies and both times the hunters asked me if they were whitetails. Maybe we need to make hunters pass a quick course before they go on these late whitetail hunts. Such a waste.
