Spokane/cda area butcher shop for a deer?
« on: November 18, 2017, 02:24:21 AM »
I was hoping to do it myself this year but don’t have the time.  Anyone have a good recommendation for a shop in the Spokane/cda area for processing a deer?

Dana Guptil, Deer Park, 509-723-5015

I have not used him, but he was recommended by someone I trust.

Reedy's meats in elk, wa. We switched to them for our beef and eveything else. Im not going to bash other butchers. But one step in reedys shop, the cleanliness will make it worth it. And i think you get your meat back that you took. I know eggera throws all the grind meat in a vat and in theory you might not get one piece of your animal back in ground meat

I can't say enough good things about Egger's on the South Hill. Steve does an excellent job. I found the prices to be very reasonable. If price is the most important then look around. If quality is more important go to Eggers Better Meats on the South Hill.  :twocents:
