Thanks Jackelope, I may have to make that my signature.

Thanks Michelle.  Yep tanned it out in the shop.  I'm still trying to recover.

Man I am going to have to get you hooked up with a good Tanery for all that big Elk and Moose stuff.

I should be out their first week in July and will have a few Deer and a Sheep cape coming back from Key Stone Fur Dressor.  I will have to show them to you.  If I like the way they turned out.  I am trying them again after 3 years.  I normally use Carolina Fur Dressors as my tannery.  They are the best in the country.

Great job Bone, I do not think I even have a wall in my house big enough for that big boy. I do not think my wife would let me put it right in the middle of the living room like I would want to, LOL

Thank you!
 :chuckle:
I tried to get away with putting two in the living room, but I got the kibosh put on that real quick.  Can't say I blame her, but I had to try.

:chuckle: I don't run into this problem at my house.  My husband realy doesn't care what I hang where in the house.  Gotta love it!  ;)

Boneaddict it all boils down to the fact "You need a show room".....  or a "Mans" room as I have heard it called, LMAO

I have one, but it needs tobe way bigger.  Its on the agenda.  If she can get some mounts out of the house by having one built, it just might happen.

Here is my Idaho moose mount. I'm really happy with how it turned out. But then again, for the amount of money I paid it better turn out good!

It looks awesome Dude.  Thanks for posting it up.  You'll find yourself staring at it alot.  They are spendy little fellas, from the minute you draw that tag until the end, but good eats, and addicting as all heck.  VERY NICE bull.  I'm hoping Idabooner or my wife get drawn this year so we can get back out into the moose woods.

I've been dreaming about moose today.  You'd think I would be thinking about elk, but this time last year my moose hunt was unfolding, so thats where my head is at.  I stumbled upon this picture.  Vek had sent it to me from a guy in Alaska, and knwoeveryone likes looking at monsters.  This qualifies.  Another way to have your moose mounted.  I don't really like his ears, but quite frankly who would notice.

:chuckle:  Man, if I get one of those in my shop this season I am going to have to have a Heavy Duty mounting stand built.

My stand held up, but the bench it was mounted to came apart.  It wasn't funny at the time, but it is now looking back at it.
