How do you get that out whole?  :dunno:
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

From the other pics I have, I think they drug it out with their quad.  Even then, I don't think my quad would drag that damn thing. :chuckle:

I remember reading an article on it. I'll see if I can find it later on (I am at work right now).

However, if I remember right, it was killed in Ontario, Canada will become the new provicial #1 bull moose once it has been officially scored. Again, that's what I remember from the article.

The lucky hunter's name was Fred Hilliard and the moose was taken near Thunder Bay, Ontario. I am still trying to find the damned article I have on it.

But, here's a link to the 2009 Central Canada Outdoor Show results in which the bull was entered/displayed. You'll notice that it took first place in the rifle/moose category (How could it NOT?!).

http://www.teamnosa.com/events/big_game_night_2009.php

Again, I'll try to find the actual news release on this beast once I get home tonight (unless some other member beats me to it)

Unless it's the light & angle it kinda looks like 2 different bulls to me as color & some of the points don't look like they match. Both monsters.

Thanks for all the additional info and link Agchawk.  All I got were pictures so it's pretty cool to actually know where it came from and the story behind it.

I don't even know if my truck would have drug that sucker, let alone my quad!   :chuckle:

as i stated before how do they have the cut off head of the bull sitting on the back of the quad in the field and the whole bull hangin in that shop, i agree two different bulls both big
