It sounds good, but why the powdered sugar?

Not sure. Recipe was a knock off of chick filet. It is not  real noticeable but you get a subtle sweetness. I'd say.

Roger!  I want to try these, but I probably won't add the sugar.  Thanks for posting!

I did them last night. No sugar !!!
Marinated 24!hrs in dill pickle juice. Drained. Dredged in flour seasoned with pepper. ( figured enough salt in the brine)
Deep fried for 3-4 min
Damn they were so good. Family loved them.
Could be eaten anyway. But I made a chipotle mayo mix and spread on a tortilla, added lettuce and  chicken.
Dabomb!!!

Dill pickle and chicken, who'd a thunk. I will need to try this. I wonder about adding some jalapeno juice to the pickle juice ?

Yes, these flavors work well together.

I've been marinating boneless skinless breasts in Italian salad dressing and then sprinkling them liberally with dill before grilling for about 3 decades now. They can be grilled in the pan as well.

Wishbone Italian has been my go to marinade for chicken since I began cooking. Hadn't tried the dill sprinkle. I will try that next time. Thanks!!

Just did these tonight.  Marinated in dill pickle juice over night, dip in flour pepper salt and garlic, then egg, then back in flour mix.  Fried them up for the family.  WOW

They were a hit.  I got tired of breading that much chicken, 8lbs, and just through the marinated chicken in the oil and fried it.  To me it was better than the breaded ones, but the kids of course loved the breaded ones.  Dipped in some freshly whipped up honey mustard(regular mustard, dijon mustard and local honey).  Will be doing it again.
Right wing shooter, I aim for the left!!!

Nowhere in your incoherent rambling did you come close to what can be considered a rational thought. Everyone is now dumber having heard it. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your soul.
