I don't know what they do for handicapped hunters but I do know that the area prince of whales is in is draw tag only for out of state black bear hunters. I'm pretty sure just about any outfitter would be able to do a setup for a wheelchair as long as you draw the tag. They aren't cheap hunts either but they have some true giants on prince of whales and on the island that the city of Ketchikan is on. When the wife and I were living in Ketchikan we would go down to the creek leading into the fish hatchery and see the bears. I nicknamed one Fatty mcfatcakes. His whole body jiggled when he walked, didn't have a neck, and was bigger around than a 55 gallon drum! Good luck and hope you find what you are looking for!
