That northern cascades region probably has 4-5 more packs they haven’t claimed yet. :twocents:

Thankyou, but I ment for those who turned in a wolf "poacher". I may be ignorant to that area but I'm not sure 20k would help some one whom is completely shunned in that area.

We have wolves here the question is will they document them, and will it be easy enough as thick as it is.

There’s a pack in the Darrington area, but they don’t count it yet due to no collars, DNA, and the kicker no documented pups yet.  :bash:

There was a WDFW biologist who wanted to confirm a BP+pack I think six years ago, but the frauds at WDF&wolves wouldn't let it happen. Wonder how many wolves are working that area over now?

There's been some heavy wolf tracks spotted last year up the Suattle river road. For those of you not familiar where that is it's about 4-5 miles east of Darrington.

Do you think they are from the wolf pack from Marblemount?

It's possible they are coming from Marblemount. The end of Suattle river road really isn't that far from the western tip of Lake Chelan especially for a wolf, it's possible they traveled from there. They've been in the Skagit valley for years, they might be part of that group which makes the most sense to me.

They are here just going to be a lot harder to catch and document than the east side.
