Valley Quail Eggs
« on: April 05, 2009, 01:03:42 AM »
I would like to incubate and raise some valley quail this year, but it has been a while since I have done this. Does anyone on here have valley quail that are laying and might be willing to sell the eggs? If not does anyone know of sites to go to purchase eggs? I used to use eggbid.com, but it has been a while.

To my knowledge none of the quail are laying yet unless under artificial lights. The pheasants have been for a couple weeks but no quail yet. We need a few more good days of sunny  weather. I will have eggs when they lay, send me PM with how many you are looking for. When they really kick in I should be able to handle 100 or so at a time.

Birdguy that sounds awesome. I have a Brinsea Octagon 20, so I think I could only handle about 60 eggs. What kind of price do you have for your valley's?
