Sheet water frozen?

How's the sheet water up in in Skagit/Whatcom counties?  Frozen solid or is there still some open water?

Most of the water is freezing up every night , not all is solid if birds are using it. Definitely not the best weather for duck hunting.  Frozen water, blue skies and no wind

I've had good days on the bay with days like this. 2c

Most was frozen yesterday well through the afternoon.  Birds were concentrated in a few spots and kept the water open, of course those spots were not in the best location for the public land hunter.

Still a ton of water everywhere.

It's all freezing up again. Good last week with the rain and wind.

It looks like the bigger drainage ditches are holding big flocks.
