Anti-fog on camera lense?

Having some issues with freezing fog obscuring pictures. Has anyone tried experimenting with applying Rain-X or Cat Crap on the camera lense/ lights to prevent that from happening?

I had that problem with one of my cameras, lens might of got frost on it.
