No these tree hugging orgs received a judgment because they challenged how info that could be used to track, destroy, etc wolves was obtained. I.E. using helicopters and landing in wilderness areas to collar wolves and monitor them. Too bad the info wasn't requested by an outside group before this judgment. If anything good comes of the Trump administration it would be to stop silly lawsuits like this from happening.

It's quite a little cash crop for enviro/anti groups.
Problem is I don't believe it was intended for certain groups to continuously challenge the gov just so they could make money without really seeking any injustice.
