Owl, I have one that's been showing up about this time of year for the last few years. I've heard that sound along with some other pretty crazy sounding screams and hoots

I agree, I've heard that far from any cows, and figured it was an owl.

I had a 2,600 pound Black Simmental bull with a set that almost hit the ground that was higher pitched than that.  :chuckle:
