Browning made 17 Left handed All Weather X Bolts in 6.5 Creedmore for the 2017 Shot Show. I was very fortunate to get number 16.   I absolutely love it.  I took 3 deer and a antelope with it this year with my longest shot at 476 yards on a respectable Mulie.  My son who shoots right handed decided he wanted to shoot it as well and took his deer and antelope with it.  You won't go wrong with one in any caliber.

I handled one again today along with a Remington, Bergara, Kimber, Christiansen, and a couple of others

The only small issue I have with it is I don't really care for the trigger. For you guys that own one, I know its a 3#-5# trigger but does it come from the factory closer to 3# or 5#?. I have my Tikka set up between 2 1/2#and 3# and it feels way better than the X bolt

I have mine adjusted down to 3.25 and it feels great IMO for use as my hunting rig. If i remember correctly it was at 3.75 out of the box which is still way better than other factory triggers.

Was looking at a few at Sportsmans warehouse yesterday, nice rifles. Was told from the salesman the 30/6 and the 270 have not been available company wide for some time.

Have the regular x-bolt in 325 wsm.  Sweet rifle.  Light though, 325 wsm kicks hard in this rifle.

I have been eyeballing the McMillan edition pretty hard lately. Can't decide if it's worth the extra money. It's fully bedded, not sure if the regular hells canyon long range is bedded or not

Looks about as close to a custom as factory can get.  Pretty sweet.  Course price is getting up there too....

I just grabbed a Hells 300 WSM off gunbroker for $800 brand new. It was a good Monday! I will post up some details once I get some rounds down range.
