Methow Valley has New Wolf Pack
« on: December 25, 2017, 04:23:26 AM »
Is WDFW about to document the Benson Cr wolf pack? Nine wolves traveling together seems like enough wolves to call a pack?

Time to send in the CNW spin team with their wolf attraction cameras? Can't wait to hear the breath taking adventure of how WDFW and CNW discovered yet another wolf pack in the Methow Valley.

Having to confirm New Wolf Packs ahead of the public sure buggers up the wolf count for the year, wonder if they call it the "find a pack, hide a pack program"?

Confirming the Benson Cr pack is just a rumor now, but like the Loop Loop pack , WDFW will soon discover "New Wolf Pack" in Benson CR.

So Exciting............

I wish you and I could go confirm them... Did the WDFW ever confirm the 4 we saw while bear hunting or did they write them off as passersby ?
I couldn't care less about what anybody says..............

They will just say its the Loop Loop Pack expanding their range since they ate all the deer up there

Pretty sure if WDFW don't confirm this pack, someone from the private sector will, sort of like how the Loup Loup pack finally got confirmed.

WDFW know about the Benson Cr wolves..

Never did hear from WDFW over those four wolves Camp, but that rancher has lost stock to wolves in that area.

Sure they would if they could, but it's kind of hard for the Loup Loup wolf pack to be working the Buzzard Lk area at the same time the Benson Cr wolves are killing deer in the creek bottom. OR maybe the Buzzard LK pack is a totally different pack?

Quite sure WDFW have it all figured out, should be seeing something in the papers about it soon.

You don't seriously expect the truth from the Game Department do you?
When a cougar was killing a friends sheep and found the dead carcasses he called the game department.
They said it was local dogs and then they said 'You don't know how many sheep you had". They came up with more BS them a politician has.

They did nothing to settle the situation.

Truth and honesty never run together where WDF&wolves are concerned, but I am thinking they probably don't want Joe public documenting their wolf packs under their nose? At least they didn't when the Loop Loop pack was exposed.
