Gunsmith for muzzle brake install on the west side

Hi All,

I have a Holland muzzle brake on one of my rifles and want to add one to another rifle of mine.  I'm hoping to find a gunsmith in the area that can install though as I spent quite a bit just to ship my barrel down to OR plus another 100+ for gunsmith.

Does anyone know a gunsmith they would recommend for installing one of these brakes?

Holland offers tuning with his install also...... Not aligning but tuning.  Maybe adjust 1/2 turn at a time - along the lines of  Brownings Boss system ?
