I was just told the other day how the 6.5 cm out performs the 300 win mag at long range.....evidently its all about the ballistic-co-efficient.....

For targets / steel the 6.5 is finding popularity over the bigger calibers but for game stick some 215 gr Bergers in the 300 wm and the 6.5 struggles to match up - at least on larger game at extended range, imo.   BUT not to dis-rail this thread.  Those rings look great for price too.
