Reminder this is packaged and processed, cured and smoked and delivered to your door. (WA state only, if you live in ID or OR you'd need to meet me inside WA for this to work).  Next processing date is end of Feb/early March so you'd have a summer of BBQ with solid well-raised and cared for meat and supporting a family that is in a fight no one deserves to be in.  Custom cutting (extra thick pork chops etc....) all on the table to the winning bid.
