Tried to get you some pics to get you fired up. Normally I see about 300 turkeys. Yesterday 2. as in one two......hope thats not a sign. LOL

I only run and gun. But if I know a gobbler is working a certian strip of timber, I might sometimes sit and wait, maybe an hour tops, to see if he gobbles on his own. Usually sitting time equals nap time.

Run and gun about 70% of the time.
For folks that may not be familiar with turkey hunting... running and gunning does not imply stalking or sneaking in on gobbling birds. Very dangerous for you and other hunters.... at the very least you stand a good chance of screwin up another hunter working a bird.

im a pretty patient turkey hunter so i most sit and wait an area out. but late morning early afternoon if i havnt heard a bird . i definatly will be cuttin and runnin.
